Countryside are a leading UK home builder and urban regeneration partner, operating in London, South East, the Midlands & the North West through our Partnerships division.

Countryside believe there are one of the most effective Strategic Land developers and urban regeneration partners in the UK, with a total land bank of 26,213 plots as of 30 September 2015, 55.9 per cent. of which had planning permissions. We operate through two business divisions, Housebuilding and Partnerships.

What Countryside do: Partnerships

Countryside have been specialising in the urban regeneration of public sector land, delivering private and affordable homes by partnering with local authorities and housing associations, for more than 30 years.
We continuously strive to delight our partners with the quality of our place making and services, as well as adding value primarily through social, economic and environmental sustainability.

Countryside have undertaken more than 45 regeneration schemes with local authorities and housing associations. These have brought new life and vitality to run-down urban areas.

What Countryside do: Housebuilding

We Countryside medium to larger-scale sites, providing private and affordable homes on land owned or controlled by the Group. We operate under both the Countryside and Millgate brands.

Countryside are committed to design and place making excellence and in recognition hold more Housing Design Awards than any other developer.
