Pre-Sales Conveyancing Administrator - Croydon

Role Purpose

This role will enable the employee to gain an understanding of the Conveyancing Administration within Leasehold and Managed Freehold properties. It will also allow the employee to gain experience in Property Management across all departments with a large customer service aspect also involved.

Primary Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Enquiries

  • Process all solicitor's enquiries on property disposal
  • Generate invoice for pack
  • Generate solicitor's pack
  • Attend to additional enquiries from vendor and purchaser's solicitors, liaising closely with the estate manager and finance department

Re-Mortgage Enquiries

  • Responding to all re-mortgage enquiries directly with the mortgage company or the owners' solicitors

General

  • Raising internal invoices/credit notes for all other fees and processing them on the system
  • General filing
  • Any other duties as directed
  • Processing/administering lease enquiries/consents/extensions.
  • Processing Land Registry enquiries
