Property Manager - Warrington - 9 months FTC

Duties include:
- Manage a property portfolio in line with regulations
- Respond and manage calls and emails
- Assist the business with service delivery targets
- Plan and chair client meetings
- Prepare budgets
- Site inspections
- Oversee repairs and maintenance
Experience needed:
- Customer Service
- Property related experience would be beneficial
- Keen to learn, develop and progress
- Proven client engagement skills
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workload / work under pressure when needed
