Fleet Aftermarket plays a vital and dynamic part in providing the reassurance and convenience of professional aftermarket support to Ford's largest fleet customers. As the link between Fleet Sales and Ford Customer Service Division, the Fleet Aftermarket team have 3 key business goals:

• Supporting Fleet customer satisfaction and sales loyalty
• Supporting Service and repair growth, by driving service work into Ford Authorised Repairers
• Supporting Ford Parts sales to fleets operating their own workshops

As a Fleet Aftermarket Business Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the aftermarket relationship between Ford, major fleet customers and Ford Dealerships to maintain ongoing industry leading customer service, delivering against these goals.
