About the role:
- The IT Degree Apprenticeship here at Ford will take 4 years to complete leading to a full university BSc (Honours) degree in Digital and Technology Solutions.
- The Apprenticeship includes on-the-job training that will take place at the relevant Ford operation (Dunton Campus or Stratford HereEast Campus), where you will get to apply your knowledge and gain valuable work experience in the areas you love.
- Initially, you will be working within the Software Development Organisation with progression onto business facing teams planning future IT / strategy and projects, operations teams entrusted with running our most critical systems day to day, and our banking subsidiary Ford Credit, where you experience the full use of end-to-end IT. Meaning you will be starting your IT career with the best possible range of experience and know-how.
Salary
£24,533 (starting salary with yearly increments throughout the apprenticeship)

To become part of our team, you will need:
- GCSEs
A minimum of 5 GCSE at Grade 5 or above, this must include Maths and English (Language or Literature) at Grade 5 or above. Plus, a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) at Grade 5 or above. Alternatively, if you have not studied the STEM subject, we can accept NVQ or BTEC Level 2 or above in a technology subject.
- A Levels (or equivalent)
In addition to the above, we also require 3 A Levels at BCC or higher (or equivalent) predicted or achieved, these must include a Science or Technology related subject, and equate to 104 UCAS Points. If you have equivalent qualifications, please refer to UCAS to ensure they meet the required 104 UCAS points
