In August 2019 we moved to our new European Headquarters based in Ford’s Dunton Technical Centre. We share this site with Ford Motor Company’s UK headquarters, creating a customer-centric hub for our UK based activities that employs more than 4,000 people.

In moving to Dunton we took the opportunity to completely redesign our offices, creating a more flexible way to work with open plan office space and desk sharing to support improved collaboration.

Located in Laindon, Essex, the Dunton Technical Centre benefits from excellent transport links and has facilities that include a newly refurbished restaurant, outdoor and indoor gyms plus a fitness studio.

In 2014 we opened our pan-European multi-lingual Business Centre in Manchester, UK, to provide financial services to Ford dealers in the European markets. We subsequently moved our UK customer services teams into this centre, consolidating our UK operations footprint.

By serving dealers and UK customers from our Manchester Business Centre we aim to provide high quality, consistent service in a flexible and cost efficient manner.

Our Manchester Business Centre provides a modern, professional and stimulating work environment, maximising the comfort, safety and wellbeing of our staff. Equipped with the latest technology we can optimise productivity and communications.

Located in the central location of First Street, the Business Centre is just a 10 minute walk to the heart of Manchester city centre, and benefits from excellent transport links including rail, metrolink, bus, cycle facilities and a car park. First Street is a hub for outdoor events, plus sport and leisure activities with restaurants and a convenience store on the doorstep of our office. First Street is also a cultural quarter of the city, featuring HOME, a centre for international contemporary art, theatre and film.
