We continuously strive to delight our partners with the quality of our place making and services, as well as adding value primarily through social, economic and environmental sustainability.

Countryside have undertaken more than 45 regeneration schemes with local authorities and housing associations. These have brought new life and vitality to run-down urban areas.

What Countryside do: Housebuilding


We Countryside medium to larger-scale sites, providing private and affordable homes on land owned or controlled by the Group. We operate under both the Countryside and Millgate brands.
