What North and North West London has to offer
North West London is a diverse and multicultural part of London that spans all socio-economic groups and has some of the most exciting boroughs and places to live in the whole city.
The West of the area is made up of smaller towns and vibrant diverse communities. It is known for its outstanding state and independent schools, parkland and green open spaces as well as its proximity and good transport links into Central London, because of this it has become a popular place to live and work and is experiencing one of the fastest growth rates in London. There are many beautiful local parks and areas of natural beauty to enjoy as well as shopping centres and high streets to explore, and independent restaurants to discover. There is a wide choice of different property choices.
Heading towards the more central parts of North West London you will find the borough of Camden, which is home to the world famous Camden Town high street and Camden Market where you can hunt for treasures and sample an eclectic mix of the World’s cuisine. The development of the Grand Union Canal has improved transport and helped to turn the North into a lively, bustling part of London.
For a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants you can visit Upper Street in Angel, Islington; also home to the famous chapel street market and butchers.
There are plenty of parks to enjoy. Hampstead Heath is one of the three main parks in the Capital (along with Hyde Park and Regent's Park) and is a good place to escape from the buzz of the city, as is Primrose Hill – with its panoramic view of Central London.
You will find endless restaurants and bars to eat and drink in and a range of sites and sounds that will fill your weekends and evenings with London’s vibrant culture.
