At Monks Orchard Primary School we believe that everything starts with our children and we are looking for teachers who believe the same. We know our children as individuals, as young people with dreams and ambitions, skills and difficulties, loves and hates - not just as statistics. No generic, 'one size fits all,' scheme or programme can meet the needs of all of our children, so we plan and deliver our own exciting, creative activities that motivate, challenge and drive them to achieve excellence.

We are a welcoming, dedicated and supportive team. Everyone has a role to play in the development of our curriculum and in the broader life of the school. We work incredibly hard and will expect you to do the same.
