MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always
b) Responding promptly & effectively to customer enquiries to enhance the customer
service experience
c) Communicating with customers through various channels, being email, phone, and
property management system
d) Keeping records of interaction with customers
e) Deal with high volumes of calls and emails
f) To prevent complaints by recognising when to escalate
g) To assist with testing and migrating onto a new property management system
h) Effectively solve customer concerns
i) Represent the customer by collecting feedback and providing solutions
j) Ensure all SLA's are met, maintaining high standards


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Creating letters or correspondence for customers
b) Any other Ad Hoc requirements
c) To gain understanding of the processes within all the accounting teams to build the
knowledge and capabilities of the team
d) To gain an understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation.
