Communications Administrator - Croydon - Competitive Salary

This role will enable the employee to gain experience in administration support and customer service within the Property Management sector.

To be responsible for client contact details and communication management in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and implementation of the email communication strategy

* Updating and maintaining owner and tenant contact details
* Management of the central database/systems relating to communications
* Processing of all communication forms via the Onbase system
* Dealing with any communication/contact details enquiries by phone and email
* Liaising with other internal departments on communication/contact updates
* Contacting owners to obtain contact information following purchase of a property within developments managed by HML
* To co-ordinate all Director Portal requests
* To liaise with Leaseholders re any incoming Lessee Queries that are made through the Portal ensuring they are dealt with by the appropriate department
* To manage the Client Online Portal Inbox to ensure all Leaseholder registration requests are dealt with promptly
* Contacting owners regarding change to email communication and maintenance of associated records
* Managing returned post and liaising with the relevant Company Secretary administrator if needed
* Amending the PMS database to update owners contact details and alternative addresses as appropriate
* Any other filing/administrative tasks that may be required
