Job role: Warehouse Operative
Salary: £18.234 per hour

Warehouse Operative - Fixed Term Contract
What we offer:
- Hourly rate of £18.234
- Contracted minimum of 30 hours a week (6 hours per day). More hours, up to 37.5 per week (7.5 per day), will be offered on a flexible basis if work is available
- Working days Monday to Friday
- Opportunities available on our day shift (6am-2pm)
- Contract: 3 Months Fixed Term Contract
Main roles and responsibilities are:
- Operate as a team member to assist in all aspects of the warehouse activities, and to provide extraordinary customer service
- Pick sales orders and prepare parts for dispatch
- Inventory control of all related processes
- Inbound and Outbound warehouse duties
- Operate handling equipment and machinery (additional training will be provided where necessary)
- Check parts receipts, issued stock and dispatch loads for accuracy
- Previous warehouse experience may be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided
- If the contract is extended past 3 months, there is an expectation that candidates will be willing to be trained to drive other plant vehicles, such as Fork Lift and Counter Balance trucks.
Successful applicants who pass the full recruitment process will be held in a pool until positions become available.
