We provide finance and insurance services so that more than 1 million Ford Motor Company customers can drive the Ford vehicle they need, and our Ford dealer network can stock their dealerships with new Ford vehicles. Most of Ford Credit’s 750 strong UK team work in either our European Head Office in Essex, or in our business centre in Manchester city centre that supports UK retail customers and Ford’s European Ford Dealer Network.

Ford Credit Europe Bank also operates an online savings bank in the UK under the brand name Ford Money. This retail deposits business has generated £3.5 billion in deposits since launching in April 2017, and the quality of its products and customer service has resulted in numerous awards as well as strong customer satisfaction scores.

Ford Credit Europe Bank is established in many different European locations and this enables it to operate across many different European markets.
